We are happy to inform you that Trade Alliance Agency offers a full money-back guarantee for all payments made to us If you are not satisfied with the service offered. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 90 calendar days of your claim for a refund.
After we receive your claim for a refund, our team of professionals will take it up and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the payment. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
After the 90-day period upon the delivery of the service, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our clients to assess the service in the 90 days’ window to ensure it fits your needs.
