Our Processing Fee:
To access our professional funding sourcing services, we charge a Processing Fee of $10,000. This fee is payable only upon signing a funding agreement with the financier, lender, or investor, as the case may be.
We take pride in maintaining a “no upfront payment” policy, which means:
No payments are required until we have successfully sourced a financier ready to fund your project.
No costs are incurred until an agreement or contract is signed between you (the borrower) and the financier.
No logistics or expense refunds are requested until a face-to-face meeting with the financier is scheduled for fund disbursement.
Logistics & Meeting Arrangements
At Trade Alliance Groupp, we handle all logistics, including flight and accommodation arrangements for meetings with the financier. The cost of these logistics will be reimbursed by the client or beneficiary on the day of signing the funding contract with the financier.
Our Head of Operations and Head of Business Development will be physically present to accompany you to the fund disbursement meeting. Our Processing Fee and logistical costs must be settled in cash before we sign as the loan guarantor during the fund disbursement contract execution.
Commission & Commitment
Our transaction commissions are paid by the financier that we represent, not by the client. This ensures that our focus remains solely on securing the best opportunities and funding matches for your business needs.
We only collect our expenses and Processing Fee after the transaction is completed and successful. This commitment allows us to fully dedicate our resources to your transaction, ensuring you receive the best possible funding solutions with personalized attention and guidance throughout the entire process.
